Yes. We offer a free evaluation tier with limited agents so you can explore the platform before committing. No credit card required to start. Enterprise customers can request a guided proof-of-concept.
Usage beyond your plan allowance is billed at the pay-as-you-go rate (provider cost + margin). You can set daily and monthly spend caps per project to prevent unexpected charges. We alert you at the threshold you configure.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in periods.
Each plan includes a daily token allowance. Beyond that, you pay provider rates plus a transparent margin. You can use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) to pay providers directly and reduce costs.
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team for multi-year agreements with additional volume discounts.
